TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Payment Terms
By default, all invoices issued by FoodieBox are payable by COD (Cash on Delivery) or BTOD (Bank Transfer on Delivery).
Payment must be made in full upon delivery of the goods.
Credit terms may be granted only upon prior written approval by FoodieBox.
If credit terms have been approved, payment must be made strictly according to the agreed payment terms stated on the invoice.
FoodieBox reserves the right to suspend deliveries or cancel orders if any approved credit limit is exceeded or if payments are overdue.
2. Prices
All prices shown on this invoice are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Taxes will be charged in accordance with the prevailing laws of the country of delivery.
3. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address indicated on the invoice. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
FoodieBox is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, carrier issues, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
4. Acceptance of Goods
The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be noted on the delivery document and reported to FoodieBox within 24 hours. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the goods as delivered.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect products and must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
Approved returns will be refunded or replaced at FoodieBox’s discretion. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the error is attributable to FoodieBox.
6. Title of Goods
Title to the goods remains with FoodieBox until full payment has been received.
7. Limitation of Liability
FoodieBox’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied under this invoice. FoodieBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
9. General
By accepting delivery of the goods, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
FoodieBox reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version applicable is the one in force on the date of the invoice.
